The training that took place in Skopje, the young people and there teachers were the participants from Macedonia and Albania. The group from Kosovo from objective reasons didn’t had the opportunity to follow the training. They training for them took place later on 09.03.2003.The purpose of the training was to train the youth and there teachers to exchange there knowledge when they get to their home environment on minimum to groups with 15-20 people. The work on this meeting developed by this book order.

Introducing. Breaking the ice.
The participants give each-other wool ball, pronouncing the name of the participant who has to catch the wool ball. Every one who will receive the end of the wool ball ties it so it will make a net which it symbolizes the connection between the participants in the group. Except that they learn there names faster.

What is the workshop of good will
In this workshop the participants will meet the word conflict. It will be formed a workgroup of participants which they will talk about their source of their names and they will discover their other happenings and habits between them. This workshop helps the participants to introduce their self better and to be more closer with each other. The main activity of the workshop is to split the participants in separate groups with a name for every group, and then from the names of all groups will created one name for all of the participants in the workshop.

I am I, and who are you
Purpose of the workshop is to introduce the similarities and the different things within self and each other, a conscience for the different things and the similarities and acceptance. Through this process the participants are trying to accept their individuality and the individuality of the others. The participants with the same habits get a badge with different colors a shape. At the end of the workshops work every participant has his own collection of badges which will stickthem on a paper creating his own ID card .The id cards then are matched and then are found the similarities and different things between the participants.

I talk but you don’t listen
In this workshop for not hearing their partner it is count to be misunderstanding in communication and careful listening as a possibility of good communication. The main activity in this workshop is split on two groups A and B which individually has been given a task. The participants from the group A choose a important and a good experience which he would likes to share in group B. The participants in group B get a task not to listen their partner from group A. Then every participant from the group will describe the unpleasant feeling which he has for not been listened from their partners.

The deal worths money
This workshop describes the fight of the interest as a reason for misunderstanding and offers more possibilities for compromising and clearing for the same problem. The participants are split into small groups and they are introduced with the subject organizing a group travel. Every group has different wishes for the place they want to travel and they will have a fight for interest. In the next fazes they will clear the conflict.

Project based learning. Work on online projects.
The participants were introduced with the method of project based learning which is used as a type of work in this project. Lots of web sites are visited on the internet giving a clear picture of the possibilities with this method which is based this training. The participants will choose two subjects which they will work on-line:

1. It is hard to be young and understood
2. Student teacher relations.

Correct e-mail communication
At the and of the participants training they will have directions for the basic rules which are respected with the work on mail list and e-mail communication, with a purpose of easy and correct self understanding.
